This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist will handle a variety of HR-related tasks, including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, administering leave requests, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. The role involves fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee relations issues, and providing support to employees and managers across the organization.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, HR Management, and developing and implementing HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits design and administration, including Benefits Administration
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance with HR-related regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, with experience in the manufacturing or production industry preferred
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is a plus
