Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (WFO)
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience Required: 5+ Years
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, and core HR functions, along with the ability to handle employee lifecycle processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
- Manage payroll records, salary structures, and revisions
2. Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors for compliance and audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections
3. HR Operations:
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes (FnF settlements)
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
4. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data
- Support performance management processes
5. Recruitment & Coordination:
- Assist in hiring processes including screening and coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers for manpower planning
6. Policy & Process Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with organizational policies
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and labor laws
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
