Currently we have openings for Corporate HR Generalist (US Shift)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, HR compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with hands-on HR operations experience. Please note, this role does not involve Recruitment or Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and salary data.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Draft and communicate HR policies, notices, and internal announcements.
• Assist in performance management and disciplinary processes when required.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage employee lifecycle operations for 100+ employees.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist activities.
• Experience in payroll coordination and attendance management.
• Understanding of HR compliance and labor regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee grievances professionally.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in corporate or staffing industry preferred.

Work hours : EST (US Shift)

Resource who can join immediately will be highly preferred.
