Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Generalist to be based out of our Coimbatore office, responsible for tech hiring and people operations across Coimbatore and Bangalore teams.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working closely with engineering leaders in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles including:
- Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
- Tech Leads / Senior Engineers
- Interns and entry-level hires
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, colleges, and other channels
- Coordinate interviews and feedback with Tech Leads and leadership
- Maintain an active hiring pipeline and ensure timely closures
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Support offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records with Finance
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for both Coimbatore and Bangalore teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date people records
People Support
- Support managers with day-to-day people matters
- Assist in performance cycles and feedback processes
- Help foster a healthy, performance-oriented work culture
Requirements
- 14 years experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter
- Strong exposure to technical hiring
- Experience supporting multiple teams or locations is a plus
- Clear communication and follow-through
- Comfortable working in an on-site role from Coimbatore
