We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who wants to play a meaningful role in building that environment.

This is not a role limited to recruitment or HR administration. We are looking for someone who can work closely with employees and leadership, understand the organization, identify what can be improved, and help build stronger people practices as iCuerious grows.

iCuerious is a research and technology-driven consulting company specializing in Intellectual Property, Innovation Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, and Market Intelligence.

What you will work on

You will contribute across the employee lifecycle, including:

• Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
• HR Operations and HRMS Management
• Employee Onboarding and Engagement
• HR Policies and Compliance
• Learning and Development
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
• HR Process Improvement and Organizational Development
• People and culture initiatives with leadership
• Employee Engagement and Culture Initiatives

The role will evolve with the organization, and we expect the right person to contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities.

5. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential concerns early and take initiative to address them.
6. Communicate clearly and respectfully, including in difficult situations.
7. Work comfortably with engineers, researchers, analysts, and other knowledge professionals.
8. Think beyond routine HR activities and contribute to organizational development.
9. Be energetic, positive, approachable, and naturally comfortable engaging with people across the organization.
10. Bring ideas and initiative to employee engagement, team-building, and workplace culture—not simply execute activities assigned by others.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an engineering or technology background is an advantage.
• MBA/PGDM or specialization in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience across multiple HR functions, particularly Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, or People Operations.
• Experience in technology, consulting, engineering, research, or other knowledge-based organizations is an advantage.
