JOB DESCRIPTION:
Running monthly payroll of all employees using the HRMS Keka app
Ensuring good quality service from external vendors for security, housekeeping and transport for employees
Work with top management on hiring for new positions and existing positions to fulfill the organizations talent needs using online and offline sources like consultancy firms
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews.
Manage the offer negotiation and rollout process
Act as a bridge between the management and the employees for smooth working of the organization
Manage Employee lifecycles right from onboarding to exit including maintaining all records
Must be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi to be able to communicate with all the employees in their preffered language.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
Manage daily attendance, leave records, and holiday calendars. Assist in payroll processing by providing inputs on attendance and deductions
Assist in implementing performance management systems (KPIs/KRAs) and annual appraisals
