Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Valsad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for executing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance evaluations. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing payroll and benefits, handling employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations. The role requires collaboration with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and support organizational goals.

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training and development
• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processing, and benefits administration
• Experience in compliance, labor laws, and organizational policy implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in a professional setting
• Capability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently on-site
• Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
