Human Resources Generalist

About The Company

We're Bluebot Digital, a 12-year-old award-winning company based in Bengaluru. We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and help us build a great workplace as we grow.

Requirements:

Employee Lifecycle & Operations

•   Own the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and exit formalities

•   Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave databases accurately

•   Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

•   Prepare HR documentation policies, onboarding materials, offer/employee letters

Talent & Engagement

•   Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes end-to-end

•   Design and run employee engagement initiatives that boost team productivity and morale

•   Organize semi-annual and annual performance reviews

•   Improve job satisfaction resolve employee issues promptly, roll out perks/benefits, and plan team-building activities

Compliance & Governance

•   Stay current on state employment and labor laws, and keep the team updated on HR best practices

•   Maintain workplace health and safety compliance and reporting

•   Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary actions.

•   Safeguard the confidentiality of employee and workplace information

Requirements

•   Education: Pre/Post degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field

•   Experience: 2–4 years of relevant HR experience

•   HR Knowledge: Solid grasp of core HR policies, processes, and employment law

•   Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Gen AI tools to work smarter and faster

•   Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems & HR tools.

•   Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

•   Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving ability and sound judgment

•   People Management: Effective people management skills, with a genuine interest in learning and growing in the field
