Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate with internal teams for joining formalities and HR processes.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of employees
- Drive Engagement Initiatives - People Connect, Skip, Fun Activities.
- Support in managing company letters - offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee database maintenance.
- Assist in HR compliance, audits, and reporting.
- Support employee engagement and HR operational activities.
What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM or HR Certification or relevant qualification.
- 13 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
- Good knowledge of HRMS, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
