Your Role
The HR Generalist will play a key role in driving end-to-end talent acquisition and fostering a positive, engaging employee experience. This position is responsible for attracting top talent, managing recruitment processes, and designing and executing employee engagement initiatives while supporting core HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Employee Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to enhance morale and retention
- Conduct employee surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend action plans
- Support recognition, rewards, and wellness programs
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience
- Support onboarding and engagement of new hires to ensure smooth integration
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management (joining, transfers, exits)
- Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and learning & development initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13 years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent acquisition and employee engagement
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and execute engagement initiatives creatively
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting
