HR Executive – Leadership, AI/LLM & Campus Hiring

We are looking for an HR Executive with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, senior-level/leadership hiring and talent acquisition.

Key Highlights

MBA/PGDM in HR – Mandatory

2+ years of relevant recruitment experience

Experience in a reputed MNC/large corporate organization mandatory

Immediate joiners / very short notice period only

Strong experience in Senior & Leadership Hiring

Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms

AI/LLM/GenAI/ML/NLP/Data Science hiring experience mandatory

IIT/NIT and premier institute campus hiring experience preferred

MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute in a Tier-1 city preferred

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Must be comfortable working from Noida

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer management and joining.

Source and build pipelines for senior, leadership, critical and niche positions through Naukri, LinkedIn and professional networks. Conduct initial screening based on skills, experience, stability and role fit.

Experience hiring for AI, LLM, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Data Science or other emerging technology roles will be a major advantage.

Handle campus recruitment from IITs, NITs and other premier institutions, including coordination with placement teams, candidate screening, interviews, offers and joining follow-ups.

Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, maintain recruitment trackers/MIS, manage candidate engagement and ensure strong offer-to-joining conversion.

Candidates with long notice periods are not preferred.
