About the Role – HR Executive

Zips Washers is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, hiring and employee coordination for our growing laundry business network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire laundry staff and employees.
• Post job vacancies on WorkIndia and other job portals.
• Call candidates and schedule interviews.
• Manage employee joining and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower requirements across branches.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.
• Support franchise recruitment and staffing requirements.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and telephone skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Good coordination and time management skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and target-oriented.

Job Details:

• Location: Pune
• Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 + Incentives
• Experience: Fresher / Experienced
• Joining: Immediate
