Position: Executive - Human Resources
Role profile:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent to meet organizational needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field/MBA (HR)
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO/Call Center roles.
- Experience in bulk hiring or niche roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for large-scale hiring drives in BPO operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and mass sourcing strategies.
Screening & Shortlisting:
- Review resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Onboarding:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and complete documentation
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Others:
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices would be preferred.
