Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations. The candidate will help in hiring candidates, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee communication
- Support HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 02 years experience in HR / Recruitment
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
