Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support daily HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth workforce management across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database systems
- Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related queries
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and company procedures
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic statutory requirements
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Skills Required:
- Strong recruitment and candidate screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- HR documentation and record management
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, engineering, electrical, or industrial companies will be highly preferred
- Candidates who have handled shop-floor/workforce hiring or blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage
- Exposure to compliance, and factory HR operations is desirable
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
