Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and proactiveHR Executiveto support our expanding operations in over 5 States in India. The ideal candidate will assist the Senior HR team in managing daily HR activities, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives while upholding the company's values and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, induction, and employee life cycle management
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with policy implementation
• Draft and manage official communication and professional emails
• Support employee engagement programs and internal event organisation
• Uphold company standards, discipline, and team synergy across departments
• Foster a positive, humble, and performance-driven workplace environment

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum2 years of experiencein Human Resources or a related function
• Excellent communication skills inHindi as well as Englsih
• Strongprofessional email writingand presentation abilities
• Effectiveorganisational and managerialskills
• A trueteam playerwith a kind and humble approach
• The company strictly follows azero-tolerance policytoward arrogance or ego-driven behaviour
