Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and induction, and supporting payroll-related inputs. The role will involve administering HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will support recruitment activities, organize training and development initiatives, and assist in performance management processes. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting engagement programs, and collaborating with management to foster a fair, respectful, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including understanding of core HR functions and practices.
• Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the hospitality or retail sector.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS or basic HR software tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
