ROLE OVERVIEW

TRUSTKLUB Consulting is looking for an HR Executive to manage internal hiring, campus recruitment and HR operations. The role requires strong coordination, communication and people-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end internal recruitment.

• Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.

• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and joining.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.

Campus Hiring

• Connect with colleges and placement cells for fresher and internship hiring.

• Coordinate campus drives, interviews and selection processes.

• Build relationships with educational institutions.

• Maintain a database of colleges and campus candidates.

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.

• Support internship and exit processes.

• Assist with employee engagement and HR communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in HR or Management.

• Experience in Internal Recruitment / HR Operations preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities.
