Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting a positive and disciplined work environment. This role requires someone who is approachable, detail-oriented and confident in handling both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates 
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers 
  • Handle offer rollout and onboarding formalities 

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation 
  • Track daily attendance and ensure policy compliance 
  • Work with HR tools, job portals and internal systems 

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Address employee queries and concerns 
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives 
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture 

Requirements

  • MBA in HR (preferred) 
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities 
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, HRMS and recruitment platforms
