About the Role 

Tathastu BIM Pvt Ltd, Rajkot is hiring an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our architecture and BIM teams. The role emphasizes recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and policy implementation to support our expanding projects.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and on boarding. 
• Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records using Excel/HR tools. 
• Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, employee letters, etc. 
• Organize employee training programs, performance reviews, and team-building activities. 
• Resolve employee queries, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture. 
• Coordinate office events, festive celebrations, and corporate gifting initiatives. 
• Support talent acquisition via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and industry networks in Rajkot. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelors or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 0-2 years of HR experience. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel for leave/payroll tracking, Word for policy drafting, and LinkedIn/Indeed for recruitment. 
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll compliance, and recruitment best practices. 
• Excellent communication skills for employee coordination and conflict resolution. 
• Detail-oriented with experience in HR documentation and employee engagement activities. 
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Rajkot and collaborate with design/management teams.
