Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of our institution, from Talent hunting to full and final. You will ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment that aligns with our mission to deliver quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand hiring needs.
  3. Build a talent pipeline for teaching and non-teaching roles.
  4. Ensure timely completion of documentation and induction formalities.

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including:

  1. Data Management: Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines efficiently.
  2. Reporting & Analytics: Create and update recruitment dashboards, generate hiring reports, and track key recruitment metrics (Time-to-hire, Source of hire, Offer vs. Joiner ratios, etc.).
  3. Excel Functions: Use formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIF, SUMIF for data analysis.
  4. Pivot Tables & Charts: Analyze large volumes of candidate and hiring data to support decision-making.
  5. Conditional Formatting in excel: Highlight priority candidates, pending tasks, or upcoming interviews.
  6. Data Validation: Ensure accuracy of recruitment data entries.
  7. Power BI: Should be able to form the dash boards as per the data.
  8. MIS Reporting: Prepare regular recruitment status reports for management.
  9. Basic Automation (Optional): Use macros or simple automation techniques to streamline repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in an HR role; experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
