This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive/Supervisor located in Devikulam. The HR Executive/Supervisor will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also involves conducting performance reviews and providing support for employee development initiatives.

• HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and managing Employee Relations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
