Job Description

• Take over the candidate management post offer-acceptance stage
• Carry out BGV checks using vendor systems before a candidate joins
• Own the entire pre-onboarding & onboarding experience for new recruits
• Manage various aspects of employee life cycle tasks, as and when they arise
• Use and innovate HRMS workflows to manage HR operations and tasks
• Execute ad-hoc HR projects aimed at improving people's journey with SunAct

Qualifications & Skills Expected

• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources/Psychology
• Any education or certification in Healthcare Management is a plus
• Prior experience of setting up and using HRMS is a plus
• Ability to manage datasets in a clean and efficient manner
• Possess a tech-savvy & highly organized approach to managing HR Operations
