Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various job positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and management.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Post job vacancies on different hiring platforms and social media channels.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring
- MS Excel and computer knowledge
- Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
Experience:
1–3 Years preferred
Salary:
15,000 to 25,000
