Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding. The role includes handling employee documentation, coordination with internal teams, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, supporting audits, and assisting in overall office administration. Requires strong communication, drafting, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Mumbai, India

Salary CTC approx.: The CTC offered range will be between 5 LPA to 7 LPA fixed, plus an up to 20% variable component linked to your annual performance. The CTC offered will be dependent on your performance in the interview and relevant experience & skill set. This is non-negotiable. Please participate only if you are comfortable with this CTC range.

Experience: Candidates with a Master's degree in HR must have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, excluding internships. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR must have a minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience, excluding internships.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: -

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Master's degree in HR, Labour Studies or a related field (preferred).

SKILLS: -

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite), intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic HR & Admin.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide key support to the HR Team in managing, admin-related activities.
  2. Responsible for end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to offboarding; this includes background verification process, new hiring, documentation, induction, post-induction integration activities, processing salary revision, ad hoc letters, updated employee data and documentation, offboarding, etc.
  3. Monitor activities and provide periodic reports, prepare notes and PPT in coordination with the team members.
  4. Organizing and scheduling meetings with all the stakeholders.
  5. Collaboratively manage HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, employee data management, confirmations, internal transfers, and exit processes.
  6. Conduct employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR service delivery as part of the shared operations portfolio.
  7. Ensure all HR-related vendors (insurance, consultants, manpower agencies) meet compliance and documentation requirements.
  8. Provide guidance, assign priorities, and ensure timely completion of operational deliverables jointly with the other Deputy Manager.
  9. Review service agreements from a compliance and statutory perspective.
  10. Maintain all mandatory statutory registers, records, notices, and HR documentation as per legal requirements.

Although the individual will work in a small team, it is essential that the chosen candidate can work in an independent manner to complete the given tasks in a time-bound manner.
