Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing various aspects of Human Resources as a Human Resources Executive. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, addressing employee relations matters, and supporting the overall effectiveness of HR processes. The individual will also focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and standards.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations.
- ESIC and EPF return filing Knowledge and Experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proven expertise in Employee Relations and related conflict resolution
- Proficiency in standard Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and onboarding
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR technology systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
