Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR and admin activities. The candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection.
  • Manage offer letters and onboarding process.

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper joining formalities.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee database and HR MIS.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Manage Office Administrative tasks.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HRMS software (Keka, Zoho, etc.).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
