We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day HR and admin activities. The candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth HR processes and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection.
- Manage offer letters and onboarding process.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure proper joining formalities.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HR MIS.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Manage Office Administrative tasks.
4. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.
- Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HRMS software (Keka, Zoho, etc.).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
