Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.

4. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance.

5. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate data.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary processing and statutory compliance.

6. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies.
  • Handle statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, etc.

7. Staff Training

  • Basic staff etiquette training.
  • General training.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
