Human Resources Executive (Recruitment)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive (Recruitment) located in Thane. The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The HR Executive will also handle employee relations, implement HR policies, and assist in managing overall HR operations to foster a productive and supportive workplace environment.

• Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
