Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for internal teams and corporate positions, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and on boarding.
  • Source and screen candidates through job platforms, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Corporate acquisition paid and non- paid both and hiring as per requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement internship programspartner with colleges, manage intern on boarding, training schedules, evaluations, and conversions to full-time roles.
  • Pitching candidates for internship programmes
  • Career counselling for Internship candidates
  • Handle all HR administrative functions such as attendance management, maintaining employee records, employee monitoring or documentation as needed.
  • All office admin related task and vendor management.
  • Handle full employee life cycle.
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Preferred Experience Background:

  • Candidates with prior experience in HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPA's, or IT sectors will be preferred.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of relevant recruiting experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
