Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for internal teams and corporate positions, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and on boarding.
- Source and screen candidates through job platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support on boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Corporate acquisition paid and non- paid both and hiring as per requirements.
- Coordinate and implement internship programspartner with colleges, manage intern on boarding, training schedules, evaluations, and conversions to full-time roles.
- Pitching candidates for internship programmes
- Career counselling for Internship candidates
- Handle all HR administrative functions such as attendance management, maintaining employee records, employee monitoring or documentation as needed.
- All office admin related task and vendor management.
- Handle full employee life cycle.
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time
Preferred Experience Background:
- Candidates with prior experience in HR Consultancy, Immigration, Real Estate, Training Institutes, College TPA's, or IT sectors will be preferred.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
