Job Description
An experienced HR professional specializing in manufacturing and factory operations, with strong expertise in manpower planning, labor law compliance, worker relations, payroll management, and productivity support. Adept at handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce in a labor-intensive canvas bags manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth operations, statutory compliance, and workforce stability.
Core Responsibilities
Plan, recruit, and manage manpower for stitching, cutting, finishing, packing, QC, and support departments
Control attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and attrition to support production targets
Manage payroll coordination, wage accuracy, and timely salary disbursement
Ensure 100% compliance with Factory Act, PF, ESI, PT, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and Gratuity
Handle worker grievances, discipline, and employee relations
Coordinate contract labor and contractor compliance
Organize training, induction, skill development, and safety programs
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR MIS reports
Support audits, buyer compliance, and management reviews
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and welfare initiatives
