Role Description

This is an on-site executive role located in Pune for a Human Resources (HR) Executive. As an HR Executive, the primary responsibilities involve assisting with HR management and operations, supporting employee relations initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role includes involvement in recruitment, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
