We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Tirunelveli.

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Tirunelveli – local candidates only

Gender Preference:Female candidates only

Qualification: Any Degree + MBA (HR preferred)

Industry Preference: EPC / AEC background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete employee lifecycle activities

• Handle employee documentation, joining, confirmation & exit processes

• Maintain HR records, HRMS & Excel trackers

• Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment requirements

• Support payroll inputs, attendance & leave management

• Drive employee engagement initiatives

• Coordinate statutory compliance activities

• Support performance appraisal processes

• Handle employee grievances and employee relations

• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards & management presentations
