ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.

Forecast hiring requirements in coordination with business leaders.

Drive workforce planning and recruitment budgeting. End-to-End Hiring Management

Oversee full-cycle recruitment for lateral, leadership, and volume hiring.

Ensure adherence to TAT, cost, and quality hiring metrics.

Manage vendor partnerships, job portals, and referral programs.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.

Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters. Process Improvement & Compliance

Optimize recruitment processes and ATS usage.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reporting. Employer Branding & Campus Hiring

Strengthen employer brand through social media and hiring campaigns.

Lead campus recruitment and early talent programs.

Enhance candidate experience across hiring stages.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

Team leadership and people management capabilities.

Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics.

Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn hiring.

Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment

Experience in scaling teams and high-volume hiring is preferred.
