Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Sales role located in Ghaziabad. The role involves assisting customers with their jewelry purchases, providing expert guidance on fashion jewelry and designs, handling customer queries with exceptional service, and ensuring proper polishing, care, and presentation of jewelry pieces. Additional responsibilities include maintaining in-store inventory, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about the latest jewelry trends to deliver a superior shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Skills in Polishing and maintaining the presentation of jewelry pieces
- Experience in training and guiding customers about jewelry care and proper usage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and passion for jewelry and fashion trends
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in jewelry-related fields is advantageous
