Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical expertise to support the sales process by understanding customer requirements and offering appropriate product or service solutions. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to deliver customized solutions, provide technical support, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include delivering presentations, offering technical training to clients, and contributing to sales strategy development.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively
- Proficient in Technical Support and providing technical knowledge to assist clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to adapt to different customer challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
