Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Executive based in Indore. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR activities including HR recruitment, operations, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. The role will also involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to ensure seamless workforce management and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong skills in HR Operations including recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance
• Experience in Employee Relations and effectively addressing workplace needs and concerns
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in an HR role is a plus

Note: since a major part of this role involves recruitment, the candidate must be willing to make at least 50-100 calls per day.

Annual CTC: Rs. 2.4 lakh
