Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactiveHR Executive Talent Acquisitionto manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
- Negotiate salary and offer roll-out as per company guidelines.
Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and induction.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws related to hiring.
- Provide insights on improving recruitment processes and retention strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
