Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will majorly manage recruitment along with HR operations, oversee employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure smooth HR management processes. The role involves majorly recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. The executive will also handle compliance with labor laws and company standards.

• Experience in End-to-End Recuitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
