Job Responsibilities:
- Process of monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR8A/IR21 tax filing, and payroll reporting
- Apply, issue, and renew work passes (WP / S Pass / EP) via WPOL / EPOL and monitor expiry dates
- Manage full recruitment cycle - job posting, agent liaison, interviews, and hiring
- In-charge of onboarding, staff orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance
- Administer leave, attendance, timesheets, OT records, and claims processing
- File and manage WICA claims, group hospitalisation and PA insurance claims, and liaise with insurers
- Maintain employee personal files, update HR system, and prepare employment contracts
- Prepare HR letters - appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, transfer, etc.
- Track Coretrade and CSOC certification expiry, arrange renewals, and register workers for training programmes
- Submit government grants and claims (NS Makeup, maternity, childcare leave, SDF, levy waiver, etc.) and participate in MOM surveys
- Submit dormitory check-in/check-out, renewal, room movement forms, and purchase workers PPE
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly HR reports, provide advisory service to employees, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant field
- Knowledge with HR Cloud System (Info-Tech HR System) would be an added advantage
- Immediate availability or short notice period
