This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Navi Mumbai. The HR Executive will oversee HR management and operations, establish and implement company HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. The role involves managing daily HR activities such as recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee engagement programs while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and applicable regulations.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
• Strong experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to address employee concerns and foster positive working relationships
• Proven ability to implement and manage HR processes and programs in compliance with company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in an HR executive or similar role is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
