HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE – RECRUITMENT + GENERAL HR

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Industry: Loan / Financial Services

We are looking for an HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring

• Source, screen & shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

• Handle onboarding & joining formalities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Manage attendance, leave & basic HR operations

• Support employee engagement activities

• Coordinate manpower requirements with management

• Handle day-to-day HR administration

Requirements:

• Experience in Recruitment + General HR Operations

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to independently manage hiring

• Experience in NBFC / Loan / Financial Services is an advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred
