Job Description

Position: HR Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-Time, WFH not allowed

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Executive to manage hiring and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing people processes with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end hiring across operations, warehouse, customer support, marketing, e-commerce, sales, and office roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.
  • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.

2. HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee records.
  • Track attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.

3. Process & Administration

  • Maintain HR trackers, employee documentation, and basic HR processes.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and workplace discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in hiring for D2C brands, e-commerce, startups, or consumer businesses preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and recruitment skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • No degree requirement — relevant experience and capability matter more than formal education.
  • Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred.
