Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

HRMS: Keka

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS and good communication and coordination skills.

1. HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee records.
  • Maintain and update employee information and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, and regularisation through Keka HRMS.
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies, processes, and employee records.
  • Support payroll-related data and monthly attendance inputs.

2. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining formalities.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee joining formalities and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding activities and induction for new employees.
  • Ensure employee documents are complete and updated.
  • Assist with exit formalities, full & final documentation, and exit interviews.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Support grievance handling and maintain proper records.

5. Performance & HR Processes

  • Assist in performance appraisal and KPI-related activities.
  • Coordinate with managers for timely completion of performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee performance-related records and trackers.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.

Required Skills

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is preferred/required.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
