About the role:
You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and helping us hire the right people at speed. This is not a slow, process-heavy role — we need someone who can move fast, think smart, and get things done.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle fast-paced and high-volume hiring, especially in textile roles
- Source candidates through portals, references, and local networks
- Screen, coordinate, and follow up with candidates proactively
- Build a strong pipeline of immediate joiners
- Work closely with founders/hiring managers on urgent requirements
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (textile hiring preferred)
- Someone who can handle pressure and deliver under tight timelines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with speed and ownership
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
