We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, implement and oversee HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to promote a positive workplace culture and drive HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience in core Human Resources (HR) practices and methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a managerial or leadership role in HR is a plus
