We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Support, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
- Experience in payroll administration
- Attendance and leave management.
- Statutory filings
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment policies.
- Experience in handling grievances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in hiring for non-technical positions.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ATS/HRMS tools.
