Hands-on experience in bulk and field hiring for industrial/workforce roles

Ability to manage HR processes across multiple sites (Pan India)

Strong coordination and execution skills in a fast-paced environment

Practical knowledge of HR operations and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / MBA in HR / Diploma HR - 3-5 years
