What you'll be doing

• Understand hiring requirements across different teams
• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing to onboarding
• Screen and assess candidates based on skills, attitude, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Create and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent
• Support HR operations - onboarding, documentation, and internal coordination
• Maintain trackers, reports, and hiring data
