Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and HR record maintenance. The role will support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring-related formalities. The position will handle employee relations matters, support performance management cycles, and help organize training sessions, engagement initiatives, and HR communications. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with management to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with Francom Group's culture and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS or HR software usage, and HR reporting.
  • Ability to manage Employee Relations with professionalism, including handling queries, resolving concerns, and supporting employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and statutory compliance relevant to the Kolkata/India context, and ability to assist in policy implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, investment, or professional services sectors is an added advantage.
